The Advanced Cyberinfrastructure Lab is committed to interdisciplinary research and actively collaborates with researchers from a wide range of fields. With state-of-the-art cyberinfrastructure tools and expertise, researchers in the ACID lab are well equipped to tackle interdisciplinary research projects that involve large and complex data sets.
ACID lab collaborators are from the Earthscope Consortium, School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University, Conservation International, National Snow and Ice Data Center, as well as various departments and research units within the University of California San Diego including Scripps Institution of Oceanography, Center for Wireless and Population Health Systems, Moores Cancer Center, Kavli Institute for Brain and Mind, and the Center for Academic Research and Training in Anthropogeny among others.
